Orders will usually be shipped via UPS or FedEx by the next business day after payment is received by TV Mounts USA (excluding weekends and holidays). However, in rare cases, handling time can be up to 2 days.
RETURNS: All returns must be authorized by TV Mounts USA with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 10 days from the date of purchase. The start of the 10 days begins on the date your order was delivered. Items must be returned unused and undamaged with original packaging WITHIN 10 DAYS. Upon receiving the returned items, they will be thoroughly inspected, and it may take up to 10 days to process and issue a refund after the merchandise has been inspected and approved for a refund.
A 15% restocking fee plus actual shipping charges may be applied for items returned with (RMA) within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned in a brand new-like condition, in original packaging.
Returned items without contacting us and without (RMA) will be refused. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
